Austin graduated from Evangel University, where he majored in International Business and History. Learning about 19th and 20th century European history was — and still is — one of his favorite areas of study. Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time around the grill or smoker and is known among family and friends as an accomplished grillmaster. He’s yet to meet a cut of meat he can’t grill, smoke, or roast to perfection.
